OPCA's office is closed and staff are working remotely. The positions listed below are open and we are currently seeking candidates. Quality Improvement Manager

OPCA seeks a full-time Quality Improvement (QI) Manager who contributes substantial subject matter and project management expertise to the development and implementation of technical assistance and training programs that support health center quality improvement capacity and performance outcomes. The QI Manager provides ongoing management of QI-related technical assistance and training programs, including project management of specific bodies of work and delivery of technical assistance to members around key metrics.

 Executive Assistant

OPCA seeks a full-time (1.0 FTE) Executive Assistant to provide project management and administrative support to facilitate the smooth and efficient functioning of the Board of Directors (BOD) and Board committees for OPCA and its subsidiary Network organization. This position also provides back-up support for organizational administrative needs and is a confidential position.

 Payment Innovation Director

OPCA seeks a Payment Innovation Director to leverage health center capacity to design and deliver the highest quality of care as they implement new financial and clinical processes, through adaptation and visionary oversight of the Alternative Payment and Advanced Care Model Program (APCM) and value-based pay (VBP) readiness.
