The executive director is the leader of OPCA’s executive team, is the single point of contact between the board and staff, and understands complex organizational and community dynamics. The executive director is responsible for providing overall management of OPCA operations, is responsible for maintaining funding and fiscal accountability, supporting community partnerships, planning and developing new services, and accomplishing goals and objectives set by the 19 member Board.
